Return & Refund

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

For Returns and exchange you will have to tell us within 3 days after delivery otherwise we will not be able to dispute it in your favor.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To get refund after ordering you will have to tell us before 3 days of your order placed date.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we will send another harness for your dog in just (500). Then if possible, you can donate our harness to a local charity or recycle it. In this way we and you can jointly work for a good cause.
